ss999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ss999" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at ss999.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the ss999 platform by an individual player.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ss999 platform.

• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a player's ss999 account, inclusive of deposited amounts and any credited winnings.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency for Bangladesh player accounts on the ss999 platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ss999 before a player's first withdrawal.

• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ss999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

ss999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The decision to accept or reject a registration is at the sole discretion of ss999.

ss999 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing their first withdrawal. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard security and compliance measure designed to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot confirming your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account is registered to the same mobile number used at ss999.

Deposits are credited to your ss999 account in real time for all mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking hour to reflect in your account balance. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence under our KYC procedures.

ss999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any fee charged by the payment provider on their end (which is rare with local Bangladesh providers) is the responsibility of the player and will be deducted by the provider before funds reach ss999.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

ss999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• ss999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where the platform determines that the promotion is being exploited in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions may not be eligible to receive or use bonus offers.
• ss999 does not offer any bonus or promotional incentive that requires a player to increase their deposit or gambling activity beyond their personal comfort level. Responsible gaming tools take precedence over all promotional offers.

All bets and wagers placed on the ss999 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules applicable across all ss999 products include:

• Bets accepted by ss999 are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation, except in circumstances where ss999 identifies and corrects a palpable error in the odds or market.
• ss999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets on specific markets, events, or by specific players, without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live event, ss999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• All live casino games are played in real time. Once a betting round is closed by the dealer, no further bets may be placed and the outcome of that round is final.
• For cricket betting, ss999 follows standard international sportsbook rules. Markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, stakes are returned.
• All slot game and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. Game results are final once the round is completed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ss999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ss999 account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with any market offered on ss999.

All content on the ss999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ss999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ss999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ss999 platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ss999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond ss999's reasonable control.

ss999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ss999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

ss999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a relevant authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the discretion of ss999. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the ss999 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any verified real-money balance will be returned in full.
